    What to Expect

    First Session

We'll discuss what brings you to counselling, your goals, and relevant background. This is your opportunity to see if we're a good fit.

    Ongoing Sessions

Regular 50-60 minute sessions, typically weekly or fortnightly. We'll work collaboratively on your goals using evidence-based techniques.

    Your Progress

Counselling is a journey. Some people find relief in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
